Seniority List. An updated seniority list shall be published no later than February 15 of each year. The list shall indicate the beginning employment date, licensure and current position(s). The list will be digitally posted and linked to the staff only access portion of the ISD 917 website under “For 917 Staff.” An email will be sent by the superintendent’s designee indicating to staff that the seniority list has been posted and Local 3904 shall be provided with a copy of the list.
Seniority List. Separate seniority lists shall be maintained for the ECFE teachers. Seniority shall be defined as the effective date on which a teacher is hired as a regularly scheduled ECFE teacher. If there is a tie, it will go to the date the contract was received in the district office.

Seniority List. A “seniority list” with employees listed in order of Q values as defined above shall be published annually by January 1 each year. Employees may submit corrections to this list on or before January 15, and a final list shall be published by February 1.
Seniority List shall include all faculty members except temporaries. The District shall develop and maintain a seniority list including all faculty except temporaries. Faculty in categorically funded programs may be terminated rather than laid off. In case of identical first date of paid service for one or more employees, the order of seniority shall be determined by name drawing. Employees shall cooperate by annually verifying in writing their dates of employment, credentials held, prior experience and preparation, which information, if agreed as accurate, will be used in the event of layoff. Contents of this list shall be made available to the bargaining unit annually upon request.
Seniority List. The School Board shall post a "Scheduled Run" Seniority List and a "Substitute" Seniority List. The seniority list will be updated and posted monthly to reflect Bus Drivers who have terminated, Bus Drivers who have been newly employed, and Bus Drivers who have changed from "substitute" to "scheduled run" or "scheduled run" to "substitute."
