The other half of the job-sharing position will be prepared posted and selection will be made on the criteria set out in the Collective Agreement. If one of the job-sharers leaves the arrangement, her or his position will be posted. If there is no successful applicant to cover the leave of absence as much as possibleposition, the shared position must revert to a full-time position and the remaining job-sharer will be required to work the full-time position.
