JOB XXXXXXX. 6.1 Employer agrees that the Union will be permitted to appoint one (1) job xxxxxxx for each shift. Complaints received by the job xxxxxxx shall be communicated to the Business Agent of the Union, who, in turn, shall take them up with the Employer or the Employer's representative. The duties of the job xxxxxxx shall in no way interfere with the regular work assigned to that individual by the Employer.
