Joint Administration and Dispute Resolution Committee. (a) Formation and Composition The Parties to this agreement will participate in the sector's Joint Administration and Dispute Resolution Committee (JADRC) consisting of five (5) representatives of the employers and five (5) representatives of the Provincial Bargaining Council.

  • Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.

  • Dispute Resolution All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.
