Joint Appointment. If at any time two or more persons have been appointed as Receivers of the same Secured Assets, each one of those Receivers shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the rights conferred on Receivers under this Debenture to the exclusion of the other or others in relation to any of the Secured Assets in respect of which he has been appointed unless the European Agent shall state otherwise in the document appointing him.
