JOINT BUYERS. The term "Buyer" shall be read as "Buyers" if more than one person is the Buyer of the Property, in which case their obligations shall be joint and several.
JOINT BUYERS. That in case there are Joint Buyers all communications shall be sent by the Land Owner to the Buyer whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Buyers.
