Common use of Joint Employee and Management Ergonomic Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Employee and Management Ergonomic Committee. A Joint Ergonomic Committee shall be established and comprised of two members appointed by management and two hourly employees from Plants #1 and #4. The Committee shall be jointly chaired by one management appointee and one hourly employee. The Employer and the Union will jointly agree on ergonomics training to be provided to the Committee and the Employer shall bear the cost of such training. Meeting minutes will be forwarded to UNIFOR President and the Health & Safety Committee.
