Common use of Joint Job Classification Review Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Job Classification Review Committee. LRCEA and the District shall each select four (4) representatives to serve on the Joint Job Classification Review Committee. The committee shall meet monthly commencing in September and may mutually agree to meet more frequently in order to complete the work of the committee by June 30 of the applicable fiscal year. The actual date, location and time of each committee meeting shall be determined by the committee, but, in any event, committee meetings shall normally be scheduled during normal business hours. Committee members will be provided release time without loss of compensation and benefits, including a reasonable amount of travel time to and from the member’s work location, to attend official meetings of the committee.
