Joint Job Evaluation System. General Jobs shall be classified and wages shall be paid during the term of this Agreement, in accordance with Schedules A and B of this Agreement, and with the Joint Job Evaluation System, copies available in the Department of Human Resources. It is understood that the Trent University and OPSEU Joint Job Evaluation System, implemented February 1, 2001 (factor definition, rating criteria, point chart and joint committee evaluation), forms part of the Collective Agreement. All positions are deemed to be properly evaluated as of February 1, 2001.
