JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer and the Union shall form a Joint Labour Management Committee (JLMC) which shall meet a minimum of three (3) times per year, for the purpose of discussing and making recommendations to the Parties on issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this agreement. The purpose of the JLMC is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues as well as other related matters that may be referred to it by the Parties.
