Joint Legislative Work. Parties agree to work jointly to resolve affordability concerns through Oregon-based legislative solutions, such as directly passing health insurance cost increases to the Medicaid program. To the extent parties establish a cost-reimbursed minimum benefit level of health insurance and/or direct pass-through of actual Employer costs that enables all Employers to provide 100% employer-paid health insurance, parties will reopen this Agreement and bargain as expected per the legislative results.

Joint Legislative Work. Parties agree to work jointly to support continued funding of the Oregon Essential Workforce Healthcare Fund (which shall be referred to in this agreement as the Essential Workforce Healthcare Fund (EWHT).

  • GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION 19.01 In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be in conflict with any valid and applicable federal or provincial law now existing or hereinafter enacted, it is agreed that such law shall supersede the conflicting provision, without in any way affecting the remainder of the Agreement.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.

  • Data Protection Legislation the UK Data Protection Legislation and any other European Union legislation relating to personal data and all other legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time which apply to a party relating to the use of Personal Data (including, without limitation, the privacy of electronic communications) and the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.

  • Applicable Legislation If and to the extent that any provision of this Agreement limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, the mandatory requirement will prevail. The Corporation and the Subscription Receipt Agent each will at all times in relation to this Agreement and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.

  • PROCEEDS OF CRIME LEGISLATION The Depositor acknowledges that the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and Regulations apply to the operation of the Account and that the Financial Institution will, from time to time, request information from the Depositor to address the reporting, record-keeping, client identification, and ongoing monitoring requirements of that legislation. The Depositor agrees to abide by and comply with all such requests.

  • Superannuation legislation The subject of superannuation is dealt with extensively by federal legislation including the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, The Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993, and the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993. This legislation, as varied from time to time, shall govern the superannuation rights and obligations of the parties.

  • Notice of Legislative Change The BC Public Service Agency agrees that no proposal to amend, repeal, or revise the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the Public Service Act, or regulations made pursuant thereto, which would affect the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement shall be put forward without first notifying the Union in writing of the nature of the proposal.

  • Legislative Changes ‌ If the premium paid by the Employer for any employee benefit stipulated in this agreement is reduced as a result of any legislative or other action by the government of British Columbia, the amount of the saving shall be used to increase other benefits available to the employees, as may be mutually agreed to between the parties.

  • LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL 33.01 It is agreed by and between the parties that any provision of this Agreement requiring legislative action to permit its implementation by amendment of law or by providing the additional funds therefore, shall not become effective until the appropriate legislative body has given its approval.
