Common use of Joint Legislative Work Clause in Contracts

Joint Legislative Work. Parties agree to work jointly to resolve affordability concerns through Oregon-based legislative solutions, such as directly passing health insurance cost increases to the Medicaid program. To the extent parties establish a cost-reimbursed minimum benefit level of health insurance and/or direct pass-through of actual Employer costs that enables all Employers to provide 100% employer-paid health insurance, parties will reopen this Agreement and bargain as expected per the legislative results.
