Common use of Joint Rehabilitation Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Rehabilitation Advisory Committee. Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement, the parties are to establish a Joint Rehabilitation Advisory Committee. This committee will support the Union and the Employer to: (a) achieve a safe and timely return to work for employees absent due to illness/injury; (b) develop a continuum of return to work for employees absent due to illness/injury; and, (c) advise on the process of rehabilitation.
