JOINT REVIEW PANEL REPORT. 7.1 On completion of the assessment of the Project, the Joint Review Panel will prepare a Joint Review Panel Report. 7.2 The Joint Review Panel will convey the Joint Review Panel Report in writing in both official languages to the Minister of the Environment who will then publish the report. 7.3 The panel of the Commission will take a course of action with respect to the Licence Application in accordance with section 37 of the CEAA.

JOINT REVIEW PANEL REPORT. 7.1 On completion of the assessment of the Project, the JRP will prepare a JRP Report. 7.2 The JRP will convey the JRP Report in writing in both official languages to the Minister of the Environment who will then publish the report. 7.3 The JRP will take a course of action with respect to section 37 of the CEAA and may also, as a panel of the Commission, make a decision with respect to the Licence Application pursuant to section 24 of the NSCA.
JOINT REVIEW PANEL REPORT. Following the completion of the public hearing, the Joint Review Panel shall prepare and submit to the federal Minister of the Environment a report as required in article 5.3 of the Agreement. The Joint Review Panel shall provide the executive summary of the report in both official languages of Canada. The report will include: • A summary description of the Joint Review Panel’s process; • The rationale, conclusions, and recommendations of the Joint Review Panel relating to the environmental assessment of the project; • Recommended mitigation measures and follow-up programs; • an identification of those conclusions that relate to the environmental effects defined in section 5 of CEAA 2012; and • an identification of recommended mitigation measures that relate to the environmental effects defined in section 5 of CEAA 2012.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Management Report Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to Borrower or any other Loan Party by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of Borrower or any other Loan Party.
