Common use of Joint Safety and Health Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Joint Safety and Health Committee Meetings. The committee will meet monthly to discuss matters related to safety and health. The Union representatives on the committee will be paid for time spent at the meeting. Each month on the day of the meeting the members of the Committee will review housekeeping and safety in all departments of the plant. A written report of plant status in these respects will be compiled with particulars of unsafe conditions or practices being highlighted. A copy of this report will be provided to all departments and committee members.
