Common use of Joint Safety and Health Committees Clause in Contracts

Joint Safety and Health Committees. 15.2.1 At the request of either the Association or the District, a Safety and Health Committee consisting of one (1) unit member designated by the Association and one (1) member designated by the District may be established in each school. 15.2.2 By mutual agreement, the Committee may be increased to not more than two (2) representatives for each party. 15.2.3 The Safety and Health Committee shall hold meetings at times determined mutually by the Committee.
