Common use of Joint Written Direction Clause in Contracts

Joint Written Direction. Escrow Agent shall disburse Escrow Funds at any time and from time to time, only upon receipt of, and in accordance with, a Joint Written Direction. Such Joint Written Direction shall contain wiring instructions or an address to which a check shall be sent. Escrow Agent may also disburse Escrow Funds in accordance with a final non-appealable order of a court of competent jurisdiction adjudicating the rights and obligations of ATS and SA as to the Escrow Funds.
