Common use of JSC Functions Clause in Contracts

JSC Functions. The JSC’s responsibilities are as follows: (i) Observing the activities of each Party (including those of its Affiliates and third parties acting under its authority) in connection with the Services; (ii) Periodically reviewing the progress of the activities in connection with the Services; (iii) Approving any mutually agreed written amendments or changes to the Services; (iv) Determining the status of Improvements arising in connection with this Agreement; and (v) Fulfilling such other responsibilities as may be allocated to the JSC by mutual written agreement of the Parties.

JSC Functions. The JSC’s responsibilities with respect to the Research Program are as follows: (ia) Observing Overseeing and coordinating the activities of each Party (including those of its Affiliates and third parties Third Parties acting under its authority) in connection with under the ServicesResearch Program; (iib) Periodically reviewing the progress of the activities in connection with the ServicesResearch Program; (iiic) Approving any mutually agreed written amendments or changes Reviewing and updating the Workplan (including those activities to the Services; (iv) Determining the status of Improvements arising in connection with this Agreementbe performed by each Party thereunder); and (vd) Fulfilling such other responsibilities as may be allocated to the JSC by mutual written agreement of the Parties.

JSC Functions. The JSC’s responsibilities are as follows: (i) Observing Overseeing the activities Development and Commercialization of each Party (including those of its Affiliates and third parties acting under its authoritythe Licensed Product(s) in connection with the Serviceshereunder; (ii) Periodically reviewing Resolving matters presented to it by any Subcommittee that are within the progress scope of responsibilities delegated to such Subcommittee by the activities in connection with the Services; (iii) Approving any mutually agreed written amendments JSC or changes otherwise pursuant to the Services; (iv) Determining the status of Improvements arising in connection with this Agreement; and (viii) Fulfilling such other responsibilities as may be allocated to the JSC under this Agreement or by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
