Judicial Unit Structure and Capturing the Record Recommendations. The Employer and the Union agree to Meet and Confer on recommendations concerning this Bargaining Unit, including but not limited to, judicial unit structure and implementation of any changes regarding capturing the record. Such Meet and Confer shall occur prior to the formal adoption of such recommendations. The Union shall also be given the opportunity to address the entity making the recommendations prior to their adoption and to address in writing the entities making decisions on such recommendations.
