Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including any dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement) (a Dispute).
(b) The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.
(c) This Clause 36.1 is for the benefit of the Finance Parties only. As a result, no Finance Party shall be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Finance Parties may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. The courts of Hong Kong have non- exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Deed (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Deed) (a "Dispute"). The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and, accordingly, no Party will argue to the contrary.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) Subject to paragraph (c) below, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement) (a "Dispute").
(b) The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.
(c) This Clause 39.1 is for the benefit of the Finance Parties only. As a result, no Finance Party shall be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Finance Parties may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) Subject to subsection (b) below, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Warrant (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of the Warrant).
(b) This Condition 9.2 is for the benefit of both the Holder and the Company. As a result, the Holder shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Investor may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement) (a “Dispute”).
(b) The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary. No party shall be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any jurisdiction other than Hong Kong. The same Party may not commence proceedings in more than one jurisdiction at the same time with respect to the same Dispute.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. The Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts and each Party waives any objection to proceedings in Hong Kong on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement) (a "Dispute").
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (b) The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.
(c) This Clause 31.1 (Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts) is for the benefit of the Lender only. As a result, the Lender shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Lender may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute (a “Dispute”) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity) or any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
(b) The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no party will argue to the contrary.
(c) This Clause 21 (Enforcement) is for the benefit of the Collateral Agent only. As a result and notwithstanding Clause 21.1(a), it does not prevent the Collateral Agent from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Collateral Agent may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with any arbitration under Clause 29.1 (a “Dispute”).
(b) The Parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.
(c) This Clause 29.1 is for the benefit of the Lender only. As a result, the Lender shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Lender may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
