Jurisdiction of South African courts. The mandate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally agree that the Courts of the Republic of South Africa are to have exclusive jurisdiction regarding all proceedings, transactions, and applications, disputes or the like which may arise out of or in connection with this mandate.
