Jury and Legal. Any employee called for jury duty during school hours or who is subpoenaed to appear before any district court shall be provided such time. Any fees or remuneration the employee receives during such leave shall be turned over to the Board.

Any fees or remuneration the employee receives during such leave shall be turned over to the BoardXxxxxx-Xxxxx Community School District. If subpoenaed in any other matter, time will be provided on an unpaid basis.
