- Jury Duty and Court Witness Leave. If a permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee is required to serve as a juror in any court of law or is required by subpoena to attend a court of law as a witness (other than when the proceeding is a non-work-related proceeding in which the employee is an affected party), that employee shall not lose regular pay, benefits or seniority because of such attendance, provided that the employee:
