JURY DUTY OR CROWN WITNESS SERVICE. 25:01 The Employer shall continue the payment of full wages to any employee who is required for jury duty or crown witness service for the period of such service. The foregoing is on condition of the employee paying the Employer the full amount of any compensation received for such jury duty or crown witness service exclusive of compensation expressly provided for meals and/or travel.
