Just Cause Protection. Any employee may be disciplined by the Director of Finance or their Supervisor for misconduct or failure to properly perform duties. No employee shall be reprimanded, disciplined, discharged, or reduced in rank or compensation without just cause and due process. Additionally, notification of any complaint against support staff shall be reported to the employee within 7 school days of the incident.
