Keep in Good Standing. Tenant shall observe and comply with the requirements of all policies of public liability, fire and other policies of insurance at any time in force with respect to the Development and Tenant shall so perform and satisfy the requirements of the companies writing such policies so that at all times companies of good standing satisfactory to Landlord and each Leasehold Mortgagee shall be willing to write or to continue such insurance. Tenant shall, in the event of any violations or attempted violations of the provisions of this Section 13.8 by any permitted Space Tenant, take steps, immediately upon knowledge of such violation or attempted violation, to remedy or prevent the same as the case may be.

Keep in Good Standing. The Casino Operator shall observe and comply with the requirements of all policies of public liability, fire and other policies of insurance at any time in force with respect to the Casino and the Casino Operator shall so perform and satisfy the requirements of the companies writing such policies so that at all times there shall be a company of good standing willing to write or to continue such insurance.
