KEYS AND CONTROLS. The LANDLORD is to retain keys to the Premises. KEYS AND CONTROLS. The LANDLORD is to retain keys to the property. If the Tenant does not furnish all of the issued keys and controls upon vacancy, the Tenant agrees to pay the cost of re-keying the Premises and the replacement cost of all controls. The Tenant upon occupancy has been given the following keys and controls: Front Door Back door Garage Remote Mailbox Garage Door Shed Other Tenant will be charged rent until all keys and controls, as listed above, are surrendered directly to Landlord.
