LABELLING AND PACKING. 7.1 The Articles (including any reports or Software) to be provided under the Contract shall be packed and marked in a proper manner and in accordance with any statutory requirements and any requirements of the carriers. In particular the Articles shall be marked with the Contract Number, the name of the contents shall be clearly marked on each container and all containers of hazardous articles (and all documents relating thereto) shall bear prominent and adequate warnings. The Contractor shall indemnify the Authority against all actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, charges, costs and expenses which the Authority or the Crown may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with any breach of this Condition.

Inner box allows 4 cm of packing material between box and top, bottom and sides of product. Code of product is placed outside of each box. - Depending on measurements of inner cartons, we palletize inners. - LCL shipments are packed the same plus wooden crates, for which extra charges are added to proforma - Small sized items can be grouped and packed in inners (2s, 4s, 6s, 10s, etc.) Our proforma invoice usually shows how they will be packed. - General Packing Labels are placed on the master box.

ARD will be responsible for the quality of the Packing Materials. In the event of a change to the Packaging Specifications that would trigger additional costs and/or change of process or material change of schedule for ARD, Bioamber shall pay any additional costs related therewith.
