Common use of Labor/Management Committee on Forensic Safety Clause in Contracts

Labor/Management Committee on Forensic Safety. The State agrees to establish a Joint Labor/Management committee to discuss issues related to safety in forensic facilities of the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This committee shall be established within 90 days of ratification of this agreement. CAPT may designate one (1) State employee member from each forensic facility at DMH and DDS who may attend meetings without loss of compensation. The committee shall meet quarterly and, by October 1, 2002, shall issue findings and suggested areas to improve safety at these facilities.
