Common use of LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE. Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of a Labor/Management Relations Committee (LMRC) which shall meet to discuss concerns of both parties and to xxxxxx improved communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, but not more than quarterly unless exigent circumstances exist. The topic(s) of the meeting must be disclosed at the time of the request. Additional items may be discussed at the meeting if agreed to by both parties. Labor/Management Relations Committee meetings are not negotiations and cannot add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
