LABOR ORGANIZATION ANNUAL REPORT. Annually, the Association shall file with the Director of Labor Relations a copy of the U.S. Department of Labor Form LM-2 (Labor Organization Annual Report). Such report shall be filed within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the Association's fiscal year. Such reports shall be made available to employees in the unit.
