Laboratory Accreditations. The laboratory contracted to analyse Eskom contract coal and limestone samples shall have accreditation on the following methods or the latest updated version of the standards listed below:  XXX 00000: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.  ISO 1928: Solid minerals fuels - Determination of Gross Calorific Values (CV) by the bomb calorimetric method, and calculation of Net Calorific Value.  ISO 1171 or SANS 131: Solid minerals fuels - Determination of Ash content.  ISO 562: Hard coal and code – Determination of Volatile Matter or equivalent method.  ISO 540: Solid minerals fuels – Determination of fusibility of Ash high temperature tube method in reducing Atmosphere or equivalent method.  ISO 589 or SANS 589, (one or two step): Hard coal – Determination of Total Moisture or equivalent method.  ISO 11722: Solid minerals fuel- hard coal - Determination of moisture in the general analysis test sample by drying in Xxxxxxxx.  XXX 00000-0: Part 4Preparation of test samples or ISO 18283: Hard coal and coke- manual sampling.  ISO 3310-1: 2000 Test sieves – Technical requirements and testing or ISO 1953: size Determination by dry method or equivalent method.  ISO 567: Bulk density or equivalent method.  ASTM D4239: Total Sulphur or equivalent standard.  ASTM C25-06 Standard test methods for chemical analysis of limestone, quicklime and hydrated lime.

  • Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.

  • ACCREDITATION AND STANDARDS The IOP hereby agrees to: (a) Be licensed to provide IOP services within the applicable jurisdiction in which it operates. (b) Be specifically accredited by and remain in compliance with standards issued for IOPs by TJC, CARF, CoA, or an accrediting organization approved by the Director, DHA. The contractor may submit (via the TRO, the TOPO, or the COR for the USFHP) additional accrediting organizations for TRICARE authorization, subject to approval by the Director, DHA. (c) Accept the allowable IOP rate, as provided in 32 CFR 199.14(a)(2)(ix), as payment in full for services provided. (d) Comply with all requirements of 32 CFR 199.4 applicable to institutional providers generally concerning concurrent care review, claims processing, beneficiary liability, double coverage, utilization and quality review, and other matters. (e) Ensure that all mental health services are provided by qualified mental health providers who meet the requirements for individual professional providers. (Exception: IOPs that employ individuals with master’s or doctoral level degrees in a mental health discipline who do not meet the licensure, certification, and experience requirements for a qualified mental health provider but are actively working toward licensure or certification, may provide mental health services within the per diem rate but the individual must work under the direct clinical supervision of a fully qualified mental health provider employed by the IOP.) All other program services will be provided by trained, licensed staff. (f ) Not bill the beneficiary for services in excess of the cost-share or services for which payment is disallowed for failure to comply with requirements. (g) Not bill the beneficiary for services excluded on the basis of 32 CFR 199.4(g)(1) (not medically or psychologically necessary), (g)(3) (inappropriate level of care), or (g)(7) (custodial care), unless the beneficiary has agreed in writing to pay for the care, knowing the specific care in question has been determined as noncovered. (A general statement signed at admission as to financial liability does not fill this requirement.)

  • REGULATORY FILINGS AND CAISO TARIFF COMPLIANCE 3.1 Filing

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Evaluation Licenses Access to the Software may be provided to You for beta, demonstration, test, or evaluation purposes, (collectively, “Evaluation Licenses”). For any Evaluation Licenses, the term shall be limited to thirty (30) days (the “Evaluation Period”), unless otherwise agreed to by Xxxxxxxxx in writing. Evaluation Licenses are limited specifically to use for evaluation or demonstration purposes only, and You agree not to use such Software in a production or non-test environment. Your use of the Software under an Evaluation License is provided as-is, without any representations or warranties of any kind, and is at Your sole risk. Honeywell has no obligation to support, maintain or provide any assistance regarding any Evaluation Licenses. IN NO EVENT WILL HONEYWELL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS OR EQUIPMENT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION). YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY DEFENSE, INDEMNIFICATION FOR EVALUATION LICENSES GRANTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Permits, Licenses, and Safety PURCHASER shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary and incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the operations. STATE may at any time require PURCHASER to satisfy STATE that operations under this contract comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations. STATE may require PURCHASER to obtain a permit, license, or approval from the governmental body or agency responsible for administering applicable laws before PURCHASER may begin or continue an operation under this contract. In the performance of the operations, PURCHASER shall use every reasonable and practicable means to avoid damage to property and injury to persons. The responsibility of PURCHASER stated herein shall cease upon the operations being accepted as complete by STATE.
