LABORATORY ANALYTICAL METHODS AND SAMPLE RESULTS Sample Clauses

LABORATORY ANALYTICAL METHODS AND SAMPLE RESULTS. 2.8.1 Soil Chemical Analytical Results Six soil samples were analyzed for VOCs by EPA Method 8260B; one from SB-1 and two from SB-2 and one each from SB-3, SB-4, and SB-5. Results are presented in Table 2.8.1 below. VOCs of interest to this study (PCE, TCE, and cis 1-,2-DCE) were found in soil samples SL-SB1-3.0 and SL-SB3-7.0. Several compounds that are potentially petroleum related were found in sample SL-SB4- 4.0, and Acetone and methylene chloride were found in several samples, and are probably laboratory contaminants. Individual samples are discussed in more detail below. Sample results are screened against DEQ Risk-Based Concentrations (10) for the chemicals for which these are available; otherwise screening values are taken from EPA Region 3, 6, and 9 Joint PRG tables (11). LABORATORY ANALYTICAL METHODS AND SAMPLE RESULTS. All samples collected were analyzed for VOCs by EPA Method 8260. Four trip blank water samples was prepared prior to field work and analyzed for VOCs. Two rinsate blank water samples were collected to evaluate possible Xxxxx Street - PA 3 July 28, 2003 CERCLIS No. ORN001002357 cross contamination from sampling equipment/containers. One investigate derived waste (IDW) sample was collected from decontamination water stored in 55-gallon drums. All samples collected using EPA funds under the cooperative agreement were analyzed at EPA’s Manchester Laboratory in Port Orchard, Washington. All samples collected with state funds were analyzed by North Creek Analytical in Beaverton, Oregon. (See Table 1 for a list of samples for each agency). Complete analytical data reports are included in Appendix C. Tables summarizing analytical data is as follows: Table 2 - Groundwater Analytical Data Table 3 - Soil Analytical Data Table 4 - Quality Assurance/Quality Control Analytical Data

At the time of the trouble report, NOW will be required to provide the results of the NOW test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.

  • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time.
