Common use of Laboratory Testing Clause in Contracts

Laboratory Testing. 1. Any laboratory testing necessary to conduct soils surface and subsurface characterization applicable to the needs of the project which are identified in the County or District approved Scope of Work or as otherwise approved by the County or District, will be performed by the A-E in accordance with County of Orange Standards and Procedures using California Test Methods (CTM) and/or American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. Caltrans certified technicians and Caltrans laboratory certification may be required to satisfy the needs of the investigation and/or construction monitoring for all projects. 2. All test results shall be provided as an attachment to the report.
