Laboratory's Insurance. Laboratory, in order to enable it to meet its obligation to insure against the liabilities specified in this Agreement, shall at all times during its term, carry at its own expense, for the protection of Laboratory and the City, as their interest may appear, one or more policies of general public liability and property damage insurance, issued by one or more insurance companies acceptable to the City, with the following minimum coverages:

Laboratory's Insurance. During the term of this Agreement, Laboratory agrees to procure and maintain such policies of general and professional liability and other insurance, or a comparable program of self- insurance, at minimum levels as required by state law or, in the absence of a state law specifying a minimum limit, an amount customarily maintained by a Laboratory in Puerto Rico. Such insurance coverage shall cover the acts and omissions of Laboratory as well as those Laboratory’s agents and employees. Laboratory agrees to deliver certificates of insurance or other documentation as appropriate to show evidence of such coverage to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Plus upon request. Laboratory agrees to make best efforts to provide to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Plus at least thirty (30) days advance notice, and in any event, will provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable, of any cancellation or material modification of said policies.

  • Comprehensive Insurance The Employer agrees to provide comprehensive insurance covering tools, reference texts and instruments owned by the employees and required to be used in the performance of their duties at the request of the Employer.

  • CONSULTANT’S INSURANCE The Consultant shall maintain the types of insurance and limits of coverage identified in Exhibit A which is attached and made part of this Contract.

  • Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance 6.1 For the purposes of Article 41.2 (Workplace Safety & Insurance) of the Central Collective Agreement “sixty-five (65) working days” shall be deemed to be (471¼ or 520) hours.

  • Contractor Insurance 2.1 The awarded Vendor shall furnish the Owners with a Certificate of Insurance XXXXX and associated endorsements in the kinds and minimum amounts as detailed in the attached "Insurance Requirements for all Contracts" at time of award.

  • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement. The full and precise conditions of this cover will be in accordance with the terms of the policy, but in general will provide that, in the event of a workplace accident occurring which results in either the death or total permanent disablement of a worker covered by this Agreement, a lump sum payment as specified below will made. The defined payments are: With dependants $250,000 Without dependants $150,000 This benefit has been agreed to by the company on the grounds that premium costs have been set at $7 per week/worker and will not exceed that amount. In the event of insurance costs rising, it is agreed that the table of defined benefits will be reduced so as to maintain the $7 premium figure. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person carrying out a project similar to the Project would maintain, including commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount provided for in Schedule “B” per occurrence. The insurance policy will include the following:

  • Commercial Crime Insurance This policy is required only if Contractor handles or has regular access to a JBE’s funds or property of significant value to the JBE. This policy must cover dishonest acts including loss due to theft of money, securities, and property; forgery, and alteration of documents; and fraudulent transfer of money, securities, and property. The minimum liability limit must be $500,000.00. To the extent that Contractor utilizes subcontractors, all subcontractors shall comply with and perform in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 (Insurance).
