Common use of Labour Management Clause in Contracts

Labour Management. The parties agree to hold monthly Labour Management meetings when needed. The Union and the Employer will provide each other with agenda items they wish to discuss at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting. It is recognized either party may request additional meetings as required and the parties may agree to temporarily suspend the monthly schedule if there are no issues to discuss.
