Common use of Labour Management Clause in Contracts

Labour Management. Employee policies including the hiring, employment, dismissal, wage system, remuneration, labour insurance, welfare and benefits, penalty and rewards etc. shall be formulated by the General Manager in accordance with the Labour Law of the People’s Republic of China and other applicable PRC Laws and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval and execution.
