Labour. The contractor shall employ labour in sufficient numbers to maintain the required rate of progress and of quality to ensure workmanship. The contractor should not employ in connection with the works any person who has not completed 18 years of age. The contractor shall obtain a valid license under contract labour act before the commencement of the work and continue to have a valid license until completion of the work. All facilities to xxxxxxx, labourers, wages, leave, medical leave /maternity benefit, provident fund, housing, insurance etc shall be regulated as per GOVERNMENT LAWS and REGULATIONS. Insurance coverage for the labourers and personnel working under the contractor shall be regulated as per standard government rules.
