Lake Tahoe Basin Executive Committee. The Lake Tahoe Basin Executive Committee (LTBEC) is a member of several other groups involved in oversight and implementation of Lake Tahoe projects funded by SNPLMA. The LTBEC consists a representative from each of the following:  U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service  U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service  U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation  U.S. Department of the Interior, Fish & Wildlife Service  U.S. Department of the Interior, Geological Survey  U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration  U.S. Department of Defense, Army Corps of Engineers  U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.
