Land Contamination. The Operator shall not, in performing the Services, cause or knowingly permit contamination of any land by any deliberate or accidental disposal, including, without limitation, leakage or spillage of any Dangerous Substance.
Land Contamination. (a) No development works are to be undertaken on the site until such time as a detailed design (stage 2) development application has been submitted to and approved by the City.
Land Contamination. 2.1 There has been no spill, leakage, emission, discharge, escape or deposit into, on, or from the Properties of any Hazardous Substances since the Relevant Date (nor to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Vendors prior to the Relevant Date) to land, air or water (including ground water) in such quantities which may cause material harm to health or to the environment.
Land Contamination. 3.1 The land must demonstrably fall outside of the criteria set down in Section 78A of Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and satisfy the requirements of paragraph 121 of the National Planning Policy Framework, both at the time of the Transfer and the foreseeable future.
Land Contamination. 3.1.8.1. The Project is located at low-laying area which was used as agricultural land in the past. It is currently unoccupied and covered with grasses with a few numbers of shrubs. In view of this, land contamination issue is not expected.
Land Contamination. 3.6.1 The potential contaminative land use within the Study Area and their potential impacts to the future development has been assessed which involved desktop review, site surveys and proposed environmental site investigation (SI).
Land Contamination. 3.6.1 The potential land contamination impacts in the study area resulting from the planned development have been examined. No land contamination impacts are expected during the operational phase of the development, however, there would be land contamination concerns associated with handling contaminated soil by construction workers at A King Marine shipyard.
Land Contamination. 4.6.1 The incinerator furnace of approximately 3m3 (0.75m (W) x 2.5m (H) x 1.5m (D)), consisted of one combustion chamber. The incinerator was constructed with a durable steel fabrication structure with a high temperature resistance lining and insulating refractory ceramic bricks on solid concrete base which built on top of a concrete slab in the incinerator room. The concrete base and slab are considered are to be in good condition.
Land Contamination. 4.7.1.1 No land contamination impact would be anticipated from the Project, therefore, no monitoring or audit is required.
Land Contamination. After the implementation of the project “Kai Tak Airport North Apron Decommissioning”, there should not be any significant residual impacts due to land contamination. Please refer to Section 6 below.
