Land License Fee. The Licensee shall pay Land License Fee per square meter per month at the rate of Rs. (Rupees ) during the License term of 24 (twenty four) years. For calculation of land license fee the initial basic Land License Fee is Rs.73/- (Rupees seventy three) per square meter per month. The initial basic land license fee is subject to revision by the Licensor as per Licensor’s policy from time to time. The revision shall be @7.5% per annum of the base land licence fee for the current year. The Licensee shall be required to pay land license fee as per revised basic land license fee plus additional fee quoted by the Licensee in the proportions set out in the blow mentioned table. The Licensee shall pay during the license period; land license fee as percentage mentioned in table below of quoted and accepted land license fee: Year Land Licence Fee 1st year from the date of handing over of the site 5% 2nd year from the date of handing over of the site 10% 3rd year from the date of handing over of the site 15% 4th year from the date of handing over of the site 20% 5th year from the date of handing over of the site 25% 6th year from the date of handing over of the site 35% 7th year from the date of handing over of the site and thereafter till end of license period 50%

  • License Fee The Licensee to shall make payment of the License Fee to Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to Licensee by Producer in the Beat are conditional upon Licensee’s timely payment of the License Fee. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.
