LANDLORD’S ENFORCEMENT EXPENSES. Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Tenant agrees to pay to the Landlord the amount of all fees and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) incurred by the Landlord arising out of or resulting from any act or omission by the Tenant with respect to this Lease or the Premises, including without limitation, any breach by the Tenant of its obligations hereunder, irrespective of whether Landlord resorts to litigation as a result thereof.
