Landlord's Negligence. Subject to the provisions of Section 16(a) and Section 16(c) to the extent permitted by law, no agreement of Tenant in this Lease shall be deemed to exempt Landlord from liability or damages for injury to persons or damage to property caused by or resulting from the negligence of Landlord, its agents, servants or employees, in the operation or maintenance of the Premises or the Development.

Landlord's Negligence. Any expense incurred as a result of the adjudicated negligence of Landlord, its agents, servants or employees.
