Landlord's Negligence. Subject to the provisions of Section 16(a) and Section 16(c) to the extent permitted by law, no agreement of Tenant in this Lease shall be deemed to exempt Landlord from liability or damages for injury to persons or damage to property caused by or resulting from the negligence of Landlord, its agents, servants or employees, in the operation or maintenance of the Premises or the Development.

Landlord's Negligence. Any expense incurred as a result of the gross negligence of landlord, its agents, servants, or employees or arising out of landlord's gross negligent failure to manage the project consistently with the standards required by this lease.

Landlord's Negligence. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, subsection 6.2(a) hereof shall not apply with respect to any damage or injury occasioned by the negligence or intentional torts of Landlord and its designated agents, servants or employees or resulting from a failure of Landlord to perform its obligations under this Lease within a reasonable time after notice of default is received from Tenant.
