Common use of Landscape Planning and Design Clause in Contracts

Landscape Planning and Design. The Design Professional shall develop landscape and irrigation designs compatible with the Project to be designed as a part of the Basic Services provided under this Contract. Work to be addressed shall include at a minimum, as applicable, the following: • Plant material illustrations • Planting plans • Planting details • Plant material schedules • Irrigation piping system and equipment layouts • Irrigation zones and head layouts • Irrigation details • Site furniture illustrations • Site furniture schedules • Site furniture layouts • Site furniture anchorage and details • Planting and Irrigation specifications The Design Professional shall engage the necessary consultants to address the listed considerations and shall provide Additional Services for landscape and irrigation equivalent to, and integrated with, the Basic Services to be provided for the building(s).
