Landscape Restoration. 44.1 All trees, landscaping and grounds removed, damaged or disturbed as a result of the construction, installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of telecommunications facilities shall be replaced or restored, as nearly as may be practicable, to the condition existing prior to performance of the work.

Landscape Restoration. If not designated as a specific pay item in bid package, the Contractor shall take the means necessary to protect all trees, shrubbery and sod. Protection, removal and replacement of existing landscaping will be in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Landscape Restoration. All landscape plants and hardscape features shall be restored to existing or better condition by the contractor. This includes replacement of plants, sod, hardscape features, etc. to the satisfaction of the City.
