Restoration Work. (“gwaith adfer”) means work carried out to restore an authorised landfill site (or any part of the site) to a use other than making landfill disposals; but work carried out to restore a landfill disposal area is restoration work only if it is carried out after the area has been capped;

Examples of Restoration Work in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section, Licensee's (i) performance of the Removal/Abandonment Work, and (ii) restoration work will hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Restoration Work".

  • In the event that Licensee fails to complete any of the Restoration Work, Licensor may, but is not obligated, to perform the Restoration Work.

  • The Restoration Work by Tenant shall be commenced promptly following the Casualty and shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable Laws in all material respects.
