Examples of Restoration Work in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section, Licensee's (i) performance of the Removal/Abandonment Work, and (ii) restoration work will hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Restoration Work".

  • In the event that Licensee fails to complete any of the Restoration Work, Licensor may, but is not obligated, to perform the Restoration Work.

  • Licensee shall report to governmental authorities, as required by law, and notify Licensor immediately if any environmental contamination is discovered during Licensee's performance of the Restoration Work.
