Language and Format. A. The Contractor shall provide all written materials for potential beneficiaries and beneficiaries in a font size no smaller than 12 point. (42 C.F.R. 438.10(d)(6)(ii).) B. The Contractor shall ensure its written materials are available in alternative formats, including large print, upon request of the potential beneficiary or beneficiary at no cost.
