Backup System. ● Does the school have a backup counting system in case of mechanical failure of an automated system? ● Do staff know when and how to implement it?
Backup System. Customer will be solely responsible for backing up all of its data on a regular basis, customer understands that implementation of a tape backup system will facilitate Incyte's performance of the maintenance and support services described herein, and 20 agrees to inform Incyte if Customer chooses to use a different type of backup system. Customer recognizes and agrees, however, that Customer is solely responsible for the use and performance of its backup system, and Incyte will have no liability for any losses or damages, including but not limited to lost data or interruption of Customer's business, caused by any malfunction of Customer's backup system or any failure by Customer to use its backup system.
Backup System. OSS shall provide backup or redundant server equipment to be used on behalf of RFCU and housed in an off-site Denver area location as a redundant Backup Site: Compaq 1500R Web server, Compaq Proliant 2500, 6/200 system running OS/2 Warp. This System will have "hot", direct Internet connectivity, a 2 GB Wanglek Tape Backup system and will be redundant to the system that houses RFCU's main interface. "
Backup System. The Contractor shall maintain a backup plan and system to ensure that, in the event of a power failure or outage, the following are in place and functioning: (i) a back-up system capable of operating the telephone system, at full capacity, with no interruption of data collection; (ii) a notification plan that ensures the Agency is notified when the Contractor’s phone system is inoperative or a back-up system is being utilized; and (iii) manual back-up procedure to allow requests to continue being processed if the system is down.
