Language of Contract. All correspondence with the Company or the Company’ representative shall be in the English Language. Original documents or copies submitted by Tenders, which are not in Arabic or English, should be accompanied by English translation.
Language of Contract. The contract documents will be compiled in English and the English versions of all referred documents will be taken as applicable.
