PERMITS, APPROVALS AND LICENSES. Whenever the supply of Goods and incidental Services requires that the contractor obtain permits, approvals, and licenses from local public authorities, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility to obtain these and keep these current and valid. Such requirements may include but not be restricted to export licence or environmental clearance if required. If requested by the contractor, MDL shall make its best effort to assist the contractor in complying with such requirements in a timely and expeditious manner, without any dilution of the Contractor’s responsibility in this regard 7.
