Large Cetaceans. (Body length > 10 feet)‌ Large cetaceans most likely affected by an oil spill in the Pacific Northwest include killer whales, gray whales, humpback whales, and Minke whales. Many other large cetaceans frequent offshore waters in Washington and Oregon and are listed in the Supporting Information for the Marine Mammal section of the Northwest Wildlife Response Plan (in revision). Large cetaceans are highly mobile, and the likelihood of these animals staying in contact with surface oil is likely limited for most spill situations. If large cetaceans are reported to be moving through oiled areas, detailed observations and monitoring of the animals should take place. Deterrence of large cetaceans is unlikely but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deterrence options for large cetaceans may be informed by the Supporting Information for the Killer Whale section of the Northwest Wildlife Response Plan.

  • High Winds (i) The occurrence of high winds, whilst constituting ‘inclement weather’ affecting some work processes, does not give rise to an entitlement for any Employee whose work is suspended to leave the site and be paid.   • Publikace The Institution and the Investigator agree that the Sponsor shall have the sole and exclusive right to the first publication of the results of the Study. Such Sponsor publication is intended to be a multi-center publication of the Study results, collected from all investigators and institutions participating in the Study (the “Multi- Center Publication”). If the Investigator is interested in contributing to or participating in the Multi-Center Publication, he or she must contact the Sponsor.   • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.
